When to expect a reply

We aim to answer every message within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, Asia/Shanghai). Weekend and holiday mail can take longer. Copyright and content complaints are handled first. Write in English or Chinese, and keep each topic in its own email.

What you can write about

  • How the in-site generator, layout builder, or prompt library works.
  • A result that looks wrong. Include the prompt, model, size, steps, CFG, and seed if you have them.
  • Privacy questions. See the privacy policy.
  • A broken page or link. Include the address, your browser, and what you expected.
  • A copyright or accuracy complaint. Include the page, the material, and how to reach you.
  • The Pro waitlist. Checkout is not open, and we do not charge today.

What we cannot fix

  • The MOSS-Image weights or the official Space. We are not OpenMOSS. Use the official GitHub issues.
  • Hugging Face accounts, ZeroGPU quota, or billing.
  • Recovering an image or a prompt. This site never receives or stores them.
  • Legal advice, or making an image for you on request.
