1. Who we are
MOSS Image AI is an independent website operated separately from OpenMOSS. The official project is at openmoss.ai. Contact for this site is support@mossimage.net. By using this site you agree to these terms.
2. The service
We provide information, a layout JSON builder, a prompt library, and a form that calls the official MOSS-Image demo hosted on Hugging Face. Image generation is performed by Hugging Face and the Space operator. Availability, queues, and quotas are outside our control. The service is free today and may change or stop. A later paid option is not on sale.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the tools to create illegal content, content that sexualises minors, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material that infringes others' rights. You must also follow Hugging Face's terms when using the Space.
4. Generated images and prompts
We claim no ownership of the images you generate or the prompts you write. The MOSS-Image weights are licensed under Apache-2.0. You are responsible for trademarks, logos, likenesses, and copyrighted characters in a prompt. Our original prompts may be copied for your own image generation.
5. Accuracy
We cite sources and check facts, but model information changes quickly. Content is provided as is for general information and is not legal or professional advice.
6. No warranty
The site is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for third-party services (Hugging Face, Cloudflare), or for content generated by the model.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above is the latest version.
